  • Brett Leach, appointed to the ENMU Board of Regents in February 2011, serves at the vice president for 2012. Leach was born in Portales, graduated from Portales High School in 1965, and earned a bachelor's and master's degree in psychology from ENMU in1969 and 1971, respectively. He was the instructor and director of Law Enforcement Education at the ENMU-Clovis campus in the 1970s before starting a long career in the financial sector. Currently, he is a financial consultant for Southwest Securities, Inc. in Roswell. Leach is past president of the Roswell Sunrise Rotary and the Chaves County CASA Program.
